About Dr. Collins & Staff

Dr. Collins is originally from Memphis were he graduated from High School as Valedictorian. His first degree from UTK was in Business Finance. He worked in the corporate world for over ten years, but felt a calling to help people more directly as a healthcare professional. After much research and prayer, he applied and was accepted into the Dental program at UT Memphis. After 4 years, he graduated as Valedictorian of his Dental School class in 1992. Having enjoyed working with young people for years through church, he chose to specialize in Orthodontics. After completing a 3 year Masters degree residency at UT Memphis, he opened his office in Maryville and has been serving the orthodontic needs of Blount County since 1995. He has a daughter and a son who are both Maryville High School graduates. His interests include music and sports photography.

Kelley Chamberlain is a native Tennessean and has lived in Blount County for most of her life. She graduated from Alcoa High School and attended ETSU and Walters State studying Nursing. Kelley first got to know Dr. Collins as a adult patient. She has worked with him as Office Manager since 1997. She has 3 sons and 2 grandsons.

DeAnn Galyon Wooten is native of Blount County and graduate of Heritage High School. She has 32 years of experience in Dentistry including 19 years in Orthodontics. She has worked with Dr. Collins full-time in Orthodontics since 2002. She has a son who also graduated from Heritage HS. Her interests include photography and she specializes in Wedding photography.
